Wealthy Life Rental Services is an independent Company designed to cater specifically for Landlords and Tenants. We offer a mobile service, which enables us to give properties more exposure, and have direct contact with prospective tenants. This assists with the screening process to ensure the most suitable tenant is acquired.
Because Wealthy Life Rental Services has been designed this way, we are not restricted by zoning as most franchise offices are. We have properties throughout Brisbane, and surrounding areas, that are under our care. Many of our valued Lessors prefer their properties to be managed by one office thereby keeping all business under one portfolio.

- Existing Tenants please print out this Tenant Maintenance Report Form, fill it in and fax or post it back to us should you have any general maintenance that needs reporting through. All maintenance MUST be reported through in writing unless the matter is urgent. Please phone our office direct if any maintenance is urgent.

Tenant - Vacating Info
- Vacating Tenants please print out the Tenant Vacating Information to ensure that all required items are attended to & the property is ready for handover. Tenants wishing to obtain any RTA forms please go to www.rta.qld.gov.au/eforms_section.cfm and you can download them from the RTA website.
