Wealthy Life Properties came into being in December 2006 to add another service to the WealthyLife Group and its clients. In February 2008 we added Wealthy Life Rental Services to the Group. Carol Jeffery the owner and licensee has had many years in Real Estate as a fully licensed agent and independent contractor with major Real Estate franchisors. She has a reputation as a top negotiator but more importantly as a people person who is totally committed to service. Her role is to make your Real Estate transaction as stress free as possible because Carol understands that buying or selling a home or an investment property is one of the biggest decisions you’ll ever make.

We have access to properties all over South East Queensland which enables us to source the right property for you. Whether it be new or old units, townhouses, land and house packages or established residential homes we have it all. And if we don’t have what you need, we will do our best to seek out something for you!
